One of the main interests of the Museu de la Paraula‒Arxiu de la Memòria Oral Valenciana is to become a database of all oral records that are scattered throughout the Valencian territory in order to guarantee their conservation. With this in mind, the L'ETNO. Museu Valencià d'Etnologia invites all persons and groups with this type of information to inform the museum. If you have recorded interviews or know of people or groups with such material, please contact us.
Likewise, if you have material from personal research and you don't know what to do with it, you can also get in touch with us. In the same way, if you have testimonials recording family or community memories and you wish to have them preserved, even though you may not necessarily want them to be the subject of research, we can also collaborate.
You can collaborate with the Arxiu de la Memòria Oral Valenciana in the following ways:
- Handing over and/or donating testimonials to the Museu de la Paraula‒Arxiu de la Memòria Oral Valenciana, for their safekeeping and custody.
- Applying for an internship at the L'ETNO. Museu Valencià d'Etnologia
- Through the research grant programmes announced by the L'ETNO. Museu Valencià d'Etnologia
- For our part, we can collaborate with you by advising and helping you in drafting of research projects or interviews aimed at the recovery of intangible heritage.
