The oil mill dates from 1960. It is on a ground floor where the breaking mill with two large truncated-conical grinding wheels is located, the hydraulic presses, the wagons, a thermoblade, a pump body and all the tools for the production of oil. . The site may be of medieval origin, although the construction, machinery and utensils are from the mid-twentieth century. Today it is a thematic museum on the traditional production of oil. At the San Antón festival in January, there is a live demonstration, offering those attending a tasting of the product.
