Casa Insa is an emblematic clothing store and clothing rental business in the city of Valencia. A business that, for more than 150 years, has been dressing Valencian society. His legacy of clothing was deposited in the museum in 2009, along with his photographic collection. The photographs show two aspects. On the one hand, personal: the history of the Insa family since it began with the textile business until the last portraits of Carmen Ferrer in 2009, family portraits and photographs and images related to trade and workshop. On the other hand, historical photographs oriented to work, which served as inspiration, catalog and model to make the costume designs for both theater (where some large-format copies with authorship of Barberà Masip stand out) and for popular events: Fallas, July fair, Moors and Christians, carnivals and parades. There is also an important collection of travel postcards of European cities.
