It is located in an old traditional house from the 19th century of large agricultural owners of the Camp de Túria region. A part of the house recreates the living area, both for the owners, who were temporarily residing, and for the family of the appellant. In the rest of the building are the economic dependencies: the stable; the attic; the cellar, with the bucket, the press and the wine storage area in large barrels; the oil mill, with the entire facility to produce the oil and the store where these products were sold.
