Cloakroom
The museum has a free cloakroom and locker service. For safety reasons, it is mandatory to deposit in the lockers all those objects that due to their size or shape may be considered dangerous. The museum will not be held responsible for any damage or deterioration that may occur to fragile objects contained in bags and luggage in custody.

The museum has lifts and toilets adapted for the use of disabled people.
Audioguide service
Audio guides are available to visitors to enjoy a complete explanation of the L'ETNO rooms in three languages (Valencian, Spanish and English). They are available upon request at the information point, at the museum hall.
