Transformation is a fundamental technological process in any society, since it converts raw materials into other products or materials that substantially improve human conditions. What would life in Valencian society have been like without mills, oil mills or wine presses; without the seasoning of skins to produce leather; without the transformation and preservation techniques for meat, fish, vegetables and legumes? In L'ETNO there is a good representation of objects that are the protagonists of these transformation processes.
