Located in a Gothic bread oven, the museum shows the cycle of cereal and the life cycle of traditional society. In addition, it values ​​the collective and communal organization of its territory, born of the need to exploit a hard environment, to live in a subsistence economy and to tackle jobs that exceeded individual capacities. On these bases of mutual aid, focused on the need to collaborate that the people of a community have to get ahead collectively, the transformation systems of resources, work and maintenance of communal spaces were structured, now represented in the museum.
